I have a product request, could you maybe experiment with developing a sugar-reduced cider (or other, more pigmented fruit juice) for visitors who like the flavor and antioxidants but not the destabilized-blood-sugar outcome? We're told wine isn't a health drink after all, and that fruit should be savored in its pre-juiced form. But presumably a reduced-sugar juice would retain the good stuff, right?

(Of course with its natural sugars only)

Eric Topol says recommendations still say 1 glass of wine/day is ok, even beneficial for cardiac health,

Love the deer and cougar videos!

I live on the east coast - not planning on being on the west coast any time soon (do gave a dear friend who lives in Ocean Side, CA...so might venture to Oregon on my next visit). Ergo, right now cannot stop by for a wine tasting. 🥲

I frequent a purveyor of wines in NJ: Moore Brothers. They've been in business for a few decades. Have relationships with small vintners in Europe and CA (I think). You might want to check them out.

Yes, they have a website.

Thanks for this. Now that we have our direct-to-consumer business in good shape, we're gradually adding distribution in other states -- we want it to be easier to serve restaurants and bottle shops around the country. We just added California, so you're right that we need to look further east. We'll check out the Moore Brothers website, and thanks!

You are very welcome. The Moore Brothers visit vineyards and sometimes feature the owners of those vineyards in their retail stores for a wine tasting on a Saturday or Sunday in Pennsauken, NJ.

I believe they have a retail store in NY, too.
