Plus a shout-out to the immigrant workers who harvest our grapes in the vineyard.
Being an immigrant myself, I am always impressed by the speed of working people, albeit as immigrant farm workers.
Imagine if we didn't have immigrant farm workers- where would our farm produce come from? China
Tricky wine to make Nik and those vines look quite young too, congratulations.
Congratulations! 🎉🍾🎊🎈 I’m a big fan, of all the marvelous work you do- and especially appreciate the call up to your work force!
"Immigrants. We get the job done!" Congrats. Where can we buy in Seattle? Happy to support your new industry. -A
Congratulations on your Wine Spectator awards and a salute to the workers who make it happen.
It's nice that you acknowledged the hard work and efforts of the migrant workers, Nick, but it would have been even nicer if you had named them. They all have names, you know -- just like the vineyard and winemaking consultants you listed.
Our localy-growth produce would still come from the same land, it would probably just cost consumers more.
When we get back to Oregon in the summer, we'll be checking them out!
